Farnita L. Saunders, M.S.P. has over 16 years of Real Estate experience with a focus on affordable housing strategies and community development, neighborhood planning and revitalization, economic development, real estate workshops and real estate investment & development.
Ms. Saunders also brings a variety of disciplines together such as mortgage finance, property management, credit counseling and debt management. Ms. Saunders is a Florida Licensed Realtor® and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors and the Tallahassee Board of Realtors.
She is a graduate of the 2009 class of the National Forum for Black Public Administrators Executive Leadership Institute. She is also a graduate of Florida State University, possessing a Master of Science Degree in Urban and Regional Planning with a specialization in Housing and Community Development.
While a Realtor, she is also in the process of preparing for a career in the field of law, and recently obtained an A.S Degree in Paralegal and Legal Studies from Tallahassee Community College. This educational endeavor has established the foundation for her to pursue law school, with a concentration in Real Estate Law.
